A consolidated track record in the metal industry

SOLDATAL is a company with more than 25 years of experience in the industrialization of industrialization of manufacturing processes of metallic products. We specialize in the manufacture of complex components for different industrial sectors and offer comprehensive solutions ranging from design, manufacturing and machining, to metrology and surface finishing.

1998

In a small workshop of 90 m² located in Campdevànol, and with 3 workers, SOLDATAL is born from the hand of Jordi Hernando. It will offer locksmith services, boilermaking and industrial maintenance.

2002

The company moves to a new 800 m² warehouse, still in Campdevànol, following the increase of activity in industrial maintenance services in the area.

2007

The facilities are expanded and new machines are incorporated. The first machinery manufacturing projects are started under customer specifications.

2014

Acquisition of the Soldatal 2 plant in Ripoll (2,000 m²) for serial production. Start of manufacturing of ventilation components.

2017

Industrial furnaces and machinery projects for the USA, EU and Asia are initiated. Management and production systems are updated.

2018

Soldatal 3 (1,000 m²) is inaugurated for finishing, electrical wiring, programming and testing. SDT AIR brand for ventilation components is born.

2020

The Eduard Soler Foundation’s Technological Center (Soldatal 4), focused on optical metrology and pharmacy, is acquired. High-precision machining is strengthened. ISO 9001:2015 certification.

2021

Soldatal 2 robotic welding capacity is expanded and Soldatal 5 plant is inaugurated.

2023

Soldatal 6 is born, a plant specialized in stainless steel products for fashion and Horeca.

2025

Acquisition of Soldatal 7, a new 4,000 m² plant and a 10,000 m² land reserve for future expansions.
